Scholarships

Churches for Middle East Peace is committed to supporting youth activists interested in working towards a just and lasting solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.  To allow more young people to participate in our 2010 Advocacy Conference, we are offering a limited number of scholarships to students.

To apply for a scholarship, please send your name, contact information, school name (if applicable), and a brief (no more than 600 words) statement describing why you are interested in attending the conference and how you intend to work on the issue of Israeli-Palestinian peacemaking on your campus and in your community after the conference. Email this information to Keith and Doris at conference@cmep.org.

Please note that these scholarships will cover conference registration costs only. Participants are required to pay for their own travel, lodging and related expenses. We recommend that students seek financial assistance from their church, school or other communities to offset these costs.

Scholarships are only available to first time attendees.
